Heteranthera platanoides (lat. Heteranthera zosterifolia) is a delicate aquatic plant with long stems, which grow light green narrow leaves. The length of the stems can reach two feet in height, but the content is recommended in small aquariums. In such conditions, the lower leaves heteranthera can persist for a long period of time, even with moderate lighting.
