Гигрофила пиннатифида

Hygrophila pinnatifida is rather interesting plant, which has an attractive appearance due to the original structure of their leaves. Due to the peculiar structure of this plant is very different from other types of aquarium flora. Its leaves have deep cuts, thanks to which it got its name. Depending on the place (under water or in a humid greenhouse) plant color varies from dark brown to green-brown color in the aquarium conditions the lower part of the leaf becomes Burgundy in color. Under natural conditions the size of the plant reaches 40 cm in height in the aquarium, its size rarely exceeds 20 cm.
