Cherry barb (lat. Barbus titteya) is a small and beautiful aquarium fish, one of the most popular among the barbs. As you can guess from its name, Barbus cherry dark red, noticeable color, for its color it got its name. It becomes especially beautiful during the spawning season, when males gain the maximum color. But interestingly, cherry barbs, living in nature, more brightly painted than those that bred in the aquarium. This is due to more natural food and a familiar environment, where there is intrapartum crossing.
