API Nitrite Test Kit for measuring the level of nitrite in fresh and sea water<br />

The kit to measure the nitrite level in the aquarium water in the range from 0 to 5 mg/l. Nitrite is formed from the excrement of fish and food residues. Even low levels of nitrite interfere with the respiration of the fish and weakens their immune system. The high content of nitrite in water leads to suffocation and death of fish.<br />
<br />
Application:<br />
<br />
1.Pour into a test tube 5 ml of APV. water &#40;mark&#41;.<br />
<br />
2.Add 5 drops of the reagent.<br />
<br />
3. Close the test tube with a stopper, shake for 5 seconds.<br />
<br />
4. Wait 5 min to develop the color of the solution.<br />
<br />
5. Compare color of solution with color chart. The closest color scale corresponds to the concentration in the water of nitrites in mg/l.<br />
