Method of application: <br />
1. To check the fill tube to the mark with water &#40;5 ml&#41;. <br />
2. Add 10 drops from bottle of Nitrate Test Solution Bottle #1, holding the reagent bottle vertically. <br />
3. Close vial with stopper and shake a few times for uniform mixing of solution. <br />
4. Vigorously shake the vial with reagent Nitrate Test Solution Bottle #2 for at least 30 seconds &#40;this is crucial for obtaining accurate results&#41;. <br />
5. Add in a test-tube 10 drops of reagent from bottle to Bottle #2, holding it vertically. <br />
6. Close vial with stopper and shake vigorously for 1 minute. <br />
7. To wait five minutes for color development. <br />
8. Compare color of solution with an appropriate scale. <br />
